Alors l'équipe de conduite Conseils de santé & Case Management d'Isabelle, composée de cinq personnes, se réjouit de t'accueillir en tant que responsable d'équipe Conseils de santé et Case Management (t). ###

Ce qui t'attend

  • Conduite technique et personnelle ainsi que développement actif de l'équipe Conseils de santé et Case Management Lausanne, composée d'env. 6 collaboratrices et collaborateurs
  • Garantie du bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes, participation si nécessaire, soutien dans les tâches techniquement complexes et organisation à travers les 5 équipes Conseil en santé réparties dans toute la Suisse (français, allemand et italien)
  • Contrôle du respect des standards de qualité définis et des processus existants, ainsi que garantie d'une mise en œuvre efficace et professionnelle
  • Développement actif des services dans le cadre des conditions existantes ainsi que collaboration avec des parties prenantes internes et externes pour promouvoir les services.

Ce que nous attendons

  • Plusieurs années d'expérience de conduite ainsi que la capacité à diriger une équipe de manière efficace, tant sur le plan technique que personnel, avec estime et respect
  • Formation médicale de base achevée (physiothérapeute, diététicien·ne, infirmier·ère, assistant·e médical·e ou similaire) ainsi qu'une formation continue pertinente pour la fonction
  • Grand sens des responsabilités, approche structurée, orientée solutions et entrepreneuriale, ainsi que volonté de se rendre environ une fois par mois sur un autre site de Helsana
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, état d'esprit positif et esprit d'équipe, ainsi qu'enthousiasme pour les services et motivation à les promouvoir
  • Très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et orales en français et en allemand indispensables ; anglais et italien, un atout
