Responsable d'atelier intégré (h/f) Maître socioprofessionnel (MSP) 80-100%

L'atelier intégré est un atelier de sous-traitance situé dans les locaux d'un de nos clients à Villarssur-Glâne. Notre client est un grand groupe international œuvrant notamment dans le domaine de l'horlogerie. Nous fournissons diverses activités de sous-traitance telles que le conditionnement de pièces horlogères, l'assemblage de kits ou divers travaux de manutention.

Responsabilités

En tant que responsable de l-atelier intégré, vous assumez la responsabilité globale de son organisation et de son fonctionnement opérationnel et social. Vous encadrez une équipe de 20 à 30 collaborateurs en situation de handicap, avec le soutien de deux MSP à temps partiel et d-une personne en formation dans le cadre d-un stage longue durée.

Sur le plan opérationnel, vous êtes responsable du bon fonctionnement de l-atelier, de l-organisation des activités et de la qualité des prestations fournies. Vous planifiez et coordonnez le travail, veillez au respect des exigences de notre client et êtes son interlocuteur principal.

Sur le plan social, vous êtes responsable de l-encadrement et de l-accompagnement des collaborateurs de votre atelier. Vous assurez leur suivi au quotidien et, en collaboration avec vos collègues, participez à l-élaboration et à la validation des bilans annuels ainsi qu-à leur présentation lors des séances de réseau. Vous êtes également responsable de l-accueil, de l-intégration et de la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs.

Vous disposez d-une autonomie importante dans la gestion et l-organisation de l-atelier. En collaboration étroite avec notre client et vos collègues, vous êtes force de proposition pour améliorer les processus, développer les activités et faire évoluer l-atelier en fonction des besoins des collaborateurs et des exigences de notre client.

Profil

- Formation professionnelle supérieure et expérience dans un domaine industriel ou technique

- Solide expérience dans la gestion d-équipe

- Formation sociale supérieure ou expérience jugée équivalente, ou volonté de débuter une telle

formation

- Leadership, sens du management bienveillant et capacité à collaborer en équipe

- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur dans la planification du travail et capacité à gérer les priorités

- Très bonnes compétences relationnelles, d-écoute et de communication

- Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques courants (MS Office / ERP)

- Casier judiciaire et extrait du registre des poursuites vierges
