Responsable d'Atelier UAP (Unité Autonome de Production) en Haute Horlogerie (H/F) ===================================================================================

Mission

Dans le cadre de cette fonction, rattachée à notre Division Habillement, vous assurerez la gestion de l'équipe et de l'ensemble des activités de production de l'atelier UAP îtes en Haute Horlogerie (HAH) regroupant des activités de fraisage, tournage, diamantage et polissage. En étroite collaboration avec un autre atelier UAP HAH et les autres ateliers de la Division, ainsi que les services support, vous veillerez à la performance de votre atelier en garantissant l'attente des objectifs de production et le respect des standards Patek , tout en favorisant l'expérience collaborateur.

Responsabilités

  • Guider, motiver et développer vos équipes tout en maximisant la productivité et les délais pour atteindre les objectifs.
  • Assurer l'accompagnement de la formation et le développement de la polyvalence au sein de l'Atelier.
  • Analyser les procédés opérationnels, prendre des mesures de correction afin d'améliorer la qualité, diminuer les taux de déchets et les temps d'opération.
  • Assurer le respect du plan de production et garantir l'application des standards Patek .
  • Faire progresser l'activité et les procédés opérationnels de l'Atelier en étroite coordination avec les autres Ateliers, ainsi qu'en collaboration avec les services support, les Clients internes et les autres Services et Divisions.

Profil recherché

  • Technicien ES ou autre diplôme jugé équivalent.
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans un poste similaire.
  • Connaissances techniques des métiers de production traditionnels et CNC.
  • Connaissance en gestion de production.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautique (MS Office)
  • Connaissance d'un ERP (SAP) un plus.
  • Aisance en communication écrite et orale et sens de l'écoute.
  • Capacité à fédérer une équipe autour d'un objectif commun.
  • Force de proposition, capacités décisionnelles et organisationnelles.
  • Rigueur, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité d'adaptation.
