Description du poste

Votre mission

Au sein de notre secteur Terminaison Composants, vous êtes responsable du pilotage des activités de l'atelier Décoration de Surface et Anglage Touret.

Vous garantissez l'atteinte des objectifs de production tout en accompagnant le développement des équipes et l'évolution des procédés.

Vous contribuez activement à la performance opérationnelle, à l'amélioration continue et au déploiement des nouveaux produits et processus.

 

Vos responsabilités

  • Piloter les activités quotidiennes de l'atelier et garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de production, de qualité, de coûts et de délais.
  • Manager les équipes de l'atelier en vous appuyant sur les référents métiers et les coordinateurs techniques.
  • Accompagner les collaborateurs dans leur développement professionnel en favorisant la montée en compétences, l'autonomie et la performance collective.
  • Participer au recrutement, à l'intégration et à la gestion des talents de votre périmètre.
  • Définir et mettre en oeuvre les actions nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs de l'atelier.
  • Contribuer aux démarches d'amélioration continue et à l'optimisation des processus de production.
  • Assurer une collaboration étroite avec les services Méthodes, Qualité, Ordonnancement et Industrialisation.
  • Piloter l'industrialisation et le déploiement des nouveaux produits, procédés et équipements.

Profil

  • Formation technique dans le domaine horloger, formation supérieure (Technicien, brevet).
  • Formation complémentaire en management ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée de minimum 7 ans dans un poste de Manager dans une industrie horlogère et idéalement dans le secteur de la décoration.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques Microsoft Office et connaissance d'un ERP, idéalement SAP.
  • Leadership et capacité à fédérer les équipes.
  • Esprit d'analyse, orientation solutions et amélioration continue.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles, sens de la collaboration et de la négociation.
