Responsable déléguée de la formation / Remplaçante de la directrice de la crèche (h/f), 60 %

Votre passion

Soins affectueux : Vous offrez aux enfants un sentiment de sécurité, êtes leur personne de référence de confiance et reconnaissez leurs besoins individuels.

Formation des apprentis : En tant que responsable délégué(e) de la formation, vous coordonnez la formation professionnelle de base dans notre crèche. Vous soutenez les formateurs dans la formation de nos apprentis et stagiaires, organisez des réunions d-apprentissage et participez au processus de sélection de sept apprentis et stagiaires au total. De plus, vous êtes directement responsable de l-encadrement de cinq apprentis.

Compétences pédagogiques : Vous planifiez et organisez des activités adaptées à l-âge, gérez les conflits avec assurance et entretenez un échange de confiance avec les parents. Vous êtes également responsable du label Qualikita et vous vous engagez activement dans l-introduction et la mise en œuvre du concept QualiKita, contribuant ainsi au développement continu de notre qualité pédagogique.

Travail d-équipe : Vous renforcez la cohésion de l-équipe, soutenez vos collègues au quotidien si nécessaire et contribuez à une atmosphère de travail harmonieuse et respectueuse.

Votre profil

Formation & expérience : Vous disposez d-une formation achevée en tant que spécialiste (FaBe) et avez au moins deux ans d-expérience professionnelle. Le cours de formateur fait également partie de votre profil, tout comme l-expérience pratique dans l-encadrement d-apprentis. Vous êtes intéressé(e) par une formation en leadership ou en gestion d-équipe ou avez déjà suivi cette formation continue.

Compétences en encadrement : Vous vous intéressez aux thèmes de la formation et reconnaissez la valeur d-un encadrement professionnel des apprentis et stagiaires.

Rôle de modèle : Vous êtes conscient(e) de votre rôle de modèle - tant envers les enfants qu-envers les collaborateurs, apprentis et stagiaires - et assumez ce rôle avec engagement et responsabilité.

Esprit d-équipe : Vous aimez travailler en équipe et êtes une personne fiable et soutenante pour vos collègues.

Jours de travail : lundi, jeudi et vendredi
