Dans le cadre de sa croissance continue, une fiduciaire genevoise en développement recherche un Expert fiduciaire diplômé afin de prendre la responsabilité de son pôle comptabilité et salaires. La structure accompagne une clientèle composée principalement de PME, entrepreneurs, groupes familiaux et sociétés actives dans différents secteurs d'activité. Reconnue pour la qualité de son conseil, elle bénéficie d'une croissance régulière et d'un portefeuille de clients fidèle. Vous rejoindrez une équipe à taille humaine composée de spécialistes expérimentés en fiscalité, comptabilité et conseil aux entreprises.

Job Description ##

Gestion technique des mandats

  • Supervision et revue des comptabilités financières
  • Bouclements mensuels, trimestriels et annuels
  • Établissement et validation des états financiers
  • Gestion des situations comptables complexes
  • Comptabilités de sociétés de services, commerciales, patrimoniales, holdings et trusts
  • Supervision des déclarations TVA
  • Supervision de l'établissement des fiches de salaires et des certificats de salaire
  • Coordination avec les spécialistes fiscalité

Management

  • Supervision de deux collaborateurs comptables
  • Accompagnement technique quotidien
  • Formation et développement des compétences
  • Revue qualité des livrables
  • Organisation des priorités du département

Relation clientèle

  • Interlocuteur principal des clients sur les sujets comptables
  • Participation aux rendez-vous clients
  • Conseil comptable et financier
  • Développement des relations existantes

Organisation et innovation

  • Participation à la migration digitale des outils de Crésus à GIT (Peppermint)
  • Développement des processus internes
  • Optimisation des méthodes de travail
  • Accompagnement du passage vers des solutions cloud
  • Utilisation croissante d'outils digitaux et IA, automatisation des tâches

The Successful Applicant ##

Formation

* Expert fiduciaire diplômé, Expert en finance et controlling diplômé ou Expert-comptable diplômé

Expérience

  • Au moins 8 ans d'expérience en comptabilité suisse
  • Expérience confirmée en fiduciaire suisse
  • Habitué à gérer des mandats complexes
  • Expérience dans la comptabilité des titres
  • Expérience de supervision appréciée

Personnalité

  • Pragmatique, autonome, structure, orienté qualité
  • Appréciant le travail en équipe, accessible, humain, empathique, pédagogue
  • Souhaitant s'investir sur le long terme
