  • En tant que responsable d'équipe, vous encadrez et développez les collaborateurs·trices et créez un environnement dans lequel la prise de responsabilité est encouragée et où le développement professionnel et personnel est réussi.
  • Ensemble, avec le Product Owner, vous veillez à l'alignement optimal des priorités, des compétences requises et des capacités disponibles.
  • Vous développez durablement les compétences et capacités, identifiez précocement les déficits de compétences et définissez les mesures de développement appropriées.
  • Vous planifiez de manière prospective la composition de l'équipe ainsi que les ressources et capacités, et participez au recrutement et à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs·trices.
  • Vous favorisez une collaboration efficace, soutenez l'amélioration continue et aidez l'équipe à résoudre de manière constructive obstacles et conflits.
  • Vous contribuez activement au développement de la gestion des données et à l'automatisation des processus métier, et vous accompagnez les changements dans le cadre de la transformation numérique.

Ce que vous apportez.

  • Fort d'une expérience dans la direction et le développement de collaborateurs, idéalement dans un environnement axé sur les données, vous apportez une base solide.
  • Dans les domaines IT, digitalisation ou transformation, vous avez déjà occupé un rôle de direction ou une fonction à responsabilité et menez les projets de manière fiable à leur terme.
  • Vous possédez une bonne compréhension de la gestion des données ainsi que des processus métier pilotés par les données et automatisés.
  • Vous êtes familier·ère avec les méthodes de travail agiles et orientées produit et avez des connaissances dans l'environnement SAFe. Idéalement, vous avez de l'expérience dans l'environnement SAP, en particulier SAP MDG et S/4HANA.
  • Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire (HES/Univ.) en informatique de gestion, Data Science ou dans une discipline comparable ; idéalement complété par une formation en leadership.
  • Vous maîtrisez l'allemand à un niveau professionnel (C1) ; toute autre langue nationale constitue un atout.
