Nous sommes la Spitex Knonaueramt - et nous évoluons. Notre organisation grandit, les structures changent et nos équipes travaillent de plus en plus de manière régionale et connectée. Il ne s'agit pas pour nous de jeter ce qui a fait ses preuves par-dessus bord. Il s'agit de façonner ensemble la Spitex de demain dans tout le Knonaueramt.

Pour cela, nous recherchons une infirmière diplômée HF/FH avec fonction supplémentaire de responsable d'équipe - dès que possible ou selon accord - qui aime prendre des responsabilités, développer les personnes et voir le changement comme une opportunité.

Votre domaine d'action

En tant que responsable d'équipe, vous dirigez une équipe d'environ 12 à 14 collaborateurs sur le plan professionnel, personnel et organisationnel. Vous êtes proche de vos collaborateurs, de nos clientes et clients, tout en faisant partie d'une organisation qui pense au-delà des frontières de sa propre équipe.

Vous

  • dirigez, coachez et développez vos collaborateurs avec clarté et appréciation
  • assurez avec votre équipe une haute qualité de soins et de services
  • effectuez également des interventions de soins et la gestion des cas, restant ainsi proche du cœur de métier
  • organisez votre domaine de responsabilité de manière autonome et entrepreneuriale
  • travaillez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres responsables d'équipe, services spécialisés et départements
  • apportez vos idées et participez activement à notre développement
  • pensez régionalement et au-delà des frontières d'équipe et soutenez, si nécessaire, d'autres équipes et régions

Ce que vous apportez :

  • Formation achevée d'infirmière diplômée HF/FH
  • Expérience professionnelle solide, idéalement en soins extrahospitaliers
  • Expérience en gestion et/ou formation continue correspondante en leadership
  • Compétences sociales et de leadership prononcées
  • Une grande compréhension de la qualité et du service
  • Esprit entrepreneurial et orienté solutions
  • Bonnes compétences en informatique utilisateur
