La Fondation Vieillesse à Herisau est le domicile de plus de 250 personnes âgées. Dans les trois sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet et Dreilinden, environ 260 collaborateurs participent au quotidien dans nos maisons. Ils veillent à une haute qualité de vie des résidents et apportent ainsi une contribution précieuse à la société. Il est important pour nous d'offrir aux collaborateurs un environnement de travail dans lequel ils sont satisfaits et où ils aiment revenir régulièrement. 

Dans la maison Ebnet, en plein centre de Herisau, il y a 48 chambres ou appartements répartis sur trois étages. La proximité du centre du village permet de nombreuses relations à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la maison.

Es-tu une personne engagée, responsable et dotée d'une forte capacité organisationnelle avec plaisir à assumer des responsabilités de direction ? T'engages-tu pour une haute qualité d'accompagnement et de soins, vis-tu une collaboration respectueuse et t'impliques-tu activement dans la collaboration interdisciplinaire ? Alors nous te cherchons pour le site d'Ebnet en tant que :

Tes tâches exigeantes et variées :

  • Tu assumes la responsabilité de la direction professionnelle et du personnel d'une équipe d'environ 29 collaborateurs.
  • Avec ton équipe, tu veilles à ce qu'environ 45 résidents se sentent en sécurité, bien et chez eux. Tu garantis ainsi des soins professionnels et une haute qualité de soins.
  • Tu diriges et soutiens ton équipe dans le quotidien des soins, es présent en tant que personne de contact et participes ponctuellement activement aux soins quotidiens.
  • Tu entretiens une collaboration respectueuse et es la personne de contact pour les proches, les services spécialisés internes et externes ainsi que pour l'hôtellerie.
  • Tu apportes tes idées et expériences et contribues activement au développement de notre secteur résidentiel familial.

Nos exigences :

  • Tu disposes d'une formation achevée en tant qu'infirmier diplômé HF ou d'une formation équivalente reconnue en Suisse.
  • Tu as de l'expérience dans les soins de longue durée, connais l'instrument RAI LTCF et maîtrises l'utilisation des outils informatiques.
  • Tu as une solide expérience en gestion et souhaites assumer à l'avenir la responsabilité d'une équipe. Jusqu'à la retraite de l'actuelle responsable d'équipe fin 2027, nous assurons une introduction progressive et complète.
  • Tu travailles de manière autonome, fiable et gardes une vue d'ensemble même dans des situations exigeantes.
  • Tu abordes les personnes âgées avec respect et empathie et convaincs par ton esprit d'équipe, ton ouverture et une attitude positive.
