L'ARASAPE est une association regroupant les 18 communes du district d'Aigle et du Pays-d'Enhaut. Elle est en charge de la gestion du Réseau d-accueil de jour des enfants. Elle a également pour mission de gérer le Centre Social Régional (CSR) de Bex et Aigle, ainsi que les agences d-assurances sociales (AAS) de Bex, Aigle, Villeneuve, Ollon, Le Sépey et Château d-Oex.

L-ARASAPE met au concours un poste au sein de son Centre social régional (CSR) de Bex et de ses antennes d-Aigle et du Pays-d-Enhaut. Ce poste s-inscrit dans un environnement en évolution, offrant l-opportunité de contribuer activement à harmoniser les pratiques au sein de la région d-action sociale de l-Est vaudois.

Vos tâches principales :

  • Encadrer, évaluer et superviser une équipe d-assistant·es sociaux·les, en assurant l-organisation du travail, les remplacements et le suivi des dossiers.
  • Participer à la coordination et aux activités transversales avec les autres cadres de proximité du CSR
  • Garantir l-application du cadre légal et normatif des demandes d-aide auprès du réseau communal, régional et cantonal.
  • Être la personne de référence pour les collaborateur·trices, répondre aux questions ayant trait aux conseils à la population, à l-accompagnement social des bénéficiaires et aux droits et obligations en matière d-aide sociale

Profil recherché :

  • Vous avez un Bachelor HES dans le domaine social ou un diplôme d-une école sociale reconnue et vous êtes formé à la conduite d-une équipe
  • Vous avez une expérience professionnelle d-au minimum 5 ans dans un service social
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans une fonction d-encadrement
  • Votre qualité d-écoute vous permet de soutenir votre équipe dans les situations problématiques
  • Votre leadership est avéré et invite au respect du cadre légal et des directives. Il est source de motivation et de confiance pour le personnel
  • Votre connaissance du réseau de l-administration cantonale et communale, ainsi que de la prise en charge spécifique des jeunes adultes serait un atout
