Description du job ###

Votre mission :

  • Contribuer au développement de l'offre et de la stratégie de l'entreprise, en analysant les évolutions des marchés, des territoires et de la demande
  • Identifier les opportunités de développement et proposer des solutions de mobilité innovantes, cohérentes avec les objectifs de l'entreprise et les attentes des parties prenantes
  • Encadrer une équipe de 2 à 3 collaborateurs spécialisés dans le développement de l'offre
  • Construire des relations de confiance avec les commanditaires, collectivités, partenaires institutionnels et grands comptes, et représenter l'entreprise sur le marché
  • Piloter des projets complexes de la définition des besoins à la mise en ?uvre, avec suivi des coûts, des délais et des résultats
  • Mobiliser et coordonner les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes (planification, finances, marketing, collectivités, etc.)

Profil ###

Profil souhaité :

  • Formation universitaire ou HES dans les domaines des transports, de la mobilité, de l'aménagement du territoire, de l'ingénierie ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Formation complémentaire en gestion de projets, économie d'entreprise ou organisation du travail souhaitée
  • Expérience d'une durée minimale de 7 ans dans le développement de l'offre, la planification des transports, la mobilité ou le développement de marchés liés aux transports publics, dont idéalement 3 ans dans le management d'équipe
  • Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets complexes et transversaux, idéalement au sein d'une entreprise de transport public ou d'une structure subventionnée
  • Excellente connaissance du système suisse des transports publics, ainsi que des processus de commande des prestations et des relations avec les commanditaires
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux de multimodalité, d'intermodalité et d'aménagement du territoire
  • Excellentes capacités managériales, d'écoute, de communication et de négociation
  • Esprit de synthèse, autonomie, sens de l'organisation et aisance dans un environnement en transformation
