Afin de renforcer notre service technique, nous recherchons un·e responsable de la gestion des déchets. Vous assurerez la gestion opérationnelle, administrative et technique des déchetteries de Courtepin et Villarepos. Vous veillerez au bon fonctionnement des installations, au respect des prescriptions légales et environnementales, à la qualité du service offert à la population, ainsi qu'à l'encadrement du personnel affecté aux deux sites.

 

Vos principales missions

  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement quotidien des sites de Courtepin et Villarepos, assurer leur surveillance pendant les heures d-ouverture et maintenir les installations en bon état.
  • Assurer un accueil professionnel, courtois et efficace, informer les usagers et les conseiller sur le tri, les modalités de dépôt et les filières appropriées.
  • Faire appliquer le règlement communal et les prescriptions légales, contrôler les dépôts et refuser les déchets non conformes, interdits ou déposés par des personnes non autorisées.
  • Surveiller le remplissage des bennes et conteneurs, organiser les enlèvements et rotations et garantir la disponibilité des différentes filières de collecte.
  • Veiller à la propreté, à l'ordre et à la sécurité des sites, effectuer ou coordonner l'entretien courant et signaler rapidement toute panne, dégradation ou situation à risque.
  • Suivi administratif et financier (suivi des factures, statistiques, tonnages, rapports et indicateurs, etc-), contribuer à la préparation du budget et veiller à la maîtrise des coûts.
  • Organisation et planification du personnel, fixation des horaires et des présences, organiser les remplacements, répartir les tâches et garantir une couverture adéquate des deux déchetteries.
  • Intégrer, former et accompagner les collaborateurs, développer leur polyvalence, favoriser un climat de travail constructif et gérer les éventuels conflits.
  • Être garant des règles de sécurité, de la protection des personnes et de l'environnement, proposer des améliorations visant à optimiser la qualité du tri et des prestations.
  • Collaborer avec les services communaux, participer aux projets liés aux déchets, à l'environnement et aux infrastructures, soutenir certaines manifestations et représenter la Commune auprès des partenaires et fournisseurs.
  • Collaborer avec le service de la voirie pour toutes tâches en lien avec le patrimoine et les infrastructures communales.

 

Votre profil

  • Formation technique, environnementale ou expérience jugée équivalente
  • Expérience dans la gestion d-équipe et dans l-exploitation d-installations techniques ou de service public
  • Flexibilité dans les horaires (y compris les soirs et les samedis, et en fonction des tâches saisonnières)
  • Connaissance des règlements et prescriptions légales en matière de gestion des déchets, de sécurité et de protection de l'environnement
  • Aptitude à réaliser des travaux simples d'entretien des installations.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuelsAptitude à travailler en extérieur par tous les temps et bonne condition physique
  • Port obligatoire des équipements de protection individuelle conformément aux prescriptions en vigueur.
  • Langue maternelle française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de l-autre langue
  • Esprit d-équipe et d-initiative, dynamique, sens de l-organisation et des priorités, polyvalent
  • Permis de conduire de catégorie B
