RESPONSABLE DE LA SECTION FORÊTS À 100 % Vous souhaitez conjuguer expertise forestière, management et vision stratégique au service d’un territoire aux enjeux multiples ? La Commune de Montreux recherche une personnalité engagée et fédératrice pour piloter sa section forêts et contribuer à une gestion durable et résiliente de son patrimoine forestier, face notamment aux défis climatiques, environnementaux et aux dangers naturels. La Municipalité de Montreux met au concours un poste de : Tâches principales : · Définir la stratégie et piloter les activités de la section forêts · Fédérer, accompagner et développer l’équipe · Piloter les projets forestiers et coordonner les mandataires · Planifier les programmes de travail, les projets et les budgets · Assurer le suivi financier, administratif et des subventions · Organiser la valorisation et la commercialisation des produits forestiers · Développer les collaborations et partenariats · Promouvoir la forêt par des actions de vulgarisation et de sensibilisation · Assumer les missions de garde forestier du triage de Montreux conformément aux dispositions légales Profil souhaité : · Bachelor en ingénierie forestière ou formation HES/universitaire équivalente orientée forêt et/ou environnement ; ou diplôme de garde forestier ES complété par des spécialisations · 4 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans la responsabilité d’un triage forestier, idéalement en forêt de montagne et/ou protectrice · Expérience confirmée en management d’équipe et solide maîtrise de la gestion de projets · Leadership fédérateur, autonomie, esprit d’initiative et capacité à travailler avec des partenaires variés · Sens aigu de la planification, de l’organisation et des responsabilités · Excellentes capacités de communication, de vulgarisation et de négociation · Bonne maîtrise des enjeux forestiers et environnementaux : changements climatiques, dangers naturels, feux de forêt, biodiversité et protection de l’environnement · Bonnes connaissances des législations fédérales, cantonales et communales · Sens du service public, esprit d’équipe et excellente condition physique · Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (bureautique et messagerie) et aptitude à utiliser les applications forestières et géomatiques spécifiques, tels que Lotus Notes / Sylvdégâts, Arview Geonis, ForstBar Latschbacher · Connaissance d’une administration publique, un atout Conditions spéciales : · Titulaire du permis d’utilisation des produits toxiques · Titulaire d’un permis de conduire de la catégorie B (véhicules légers) · Peut être astreint à un service de piquet · Être joignable par téléphone portable Entrée en fonction : de suite ou date à convenir Tous renseignements complémentaires peuvent être obtenus auprès de M.
