Missions du poste :

1. Qualité : * Suivi général et contrôle de la qualité produit : cuisson, qualité visuelle du produit. En cas de dérive doit avertir la boulangerie et le responsable d’exploitation pour action. * Suivi général et contrôle de la qualité du conditionnement : soudures, marquage U.V., marquage carton, marquage palette. En cas de dérive, détermine et prends les actions nécessaires qui s’imposent et en informe le responsable d’exploitation. * Suivi et vérification de la bonne application des procédures et instructions en général et pour chaque commande : règles d’hygiène et propreté, recette, bonnes pratiques de fabrication, contrôle de l’application des documents qualité et traçabilité de production, contrôle de la concordance du produit avec le cahier des charges clients et législation. * Contribution à l’amélioration qualitative des produits. * Participe à la réalisation de la politique qualité et à sa diffusion.

2. Contrôle traçabilité : * Assure le suivi de la traçabilité en cours de production. * Assure le suivi de la traçabilité des produits semis-finis et finis.

3. Suivi des programmes de production : * Assure le suivi, le respect et la bonne réalisation de ces programmes. * Assure le suivi des emballages afin de réaliser les programmes. * Assure l’édition et la mise en place des éléments de traçabilité palette et carton. * Assure le respect et la diffusion des fiches techniques sur le site concerné. * Contrôle le fonctionnement optimal et permanent du matériel de production. * Optimise à tout moment la production (diminution des déchets, organisation du personnel sur ligne, optimisation des poids moyens...). * Assure le suivi des nettoyages.

4. Gestion des non-conformités * Applique la procédure de suivi des non-conformes (produit et emballage) et suit sa bonne application. * Fait appliquer les décisions prises lors du suivi des actions correctives liées à ces non-conformités

5. Organisation des ressources humaines secteur conditionnement * Informe tous les nouveaux collaborateurs des règles internes lors de leur entrée dans la société en particulier la charte collaborateur. * Participe à la formation continue des collaborateurs. * Recherche d’optimisation des ressources humaines sur le site concerné. * Assure le respect des horaires. * Est amené à participer activement à l’activité (en rapport avec les pauses, la gestion des incidents type maladie, récupération et des congés annuels).
