Introduction

Baker \& Norton Fiduciaire SA, active depuis plus de 25 ans au service de PME locales, accompagne ses clients dans les domaines des services et de l'industrie en matière de comptabilité, fiscalité, audit et conseil d'entreprise. Dans le cadre du développement de notre équipe à Monthey, nous recherchons un·e responsable de mandats fiduciaire et conseil.

Vos missions

En tant que Responsable de mandat fiduciaire et conseil, vos principales missions incluront :

  • Gestion de manière autonome d'un portefeuille de clients varié, incluant des PME, des indépendants et des particuliers.
  • Tenue de comptabilités, établissement des bouclements annuels et des déclarations fiscales.
  • Assistance et conseils en matière comptable, fiscale et financière.
  • Développement de relations de confiance avec les clients.
  • Participation à la révision des comptes annuels de PME régionales.
  • Supervision et formation des collaborateurs au sein de l’équipe.

Votre profil

  • Brevet férédal d' fiduciaire ou brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité (ou formation jugée équivalente)
  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle acquise dans la branche fiduciaire.
  • Excellentes connaissances en comptabilité et fiscalité suisse.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants et des logiciels de comptabilité.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec une équipe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et orientation client.
  • Aptitude à superviser et encadrer des collaborateurs.
  • Une expérience en révision constitue un atout.
