Responsable de mandats à 100% – Fiduciaire \| Vevey ======================================================

FIDBOX entre aujourd'hui dans une nouvelle phase de croissance et de structuration. Nous cherchons une personne motivée pour prendre en main un portefeuille de mandats et grandir avec le cabinet.

Le poste

Vous gérez progressivement un portefeuille de mandats PME et entrepreneurs, en étant l'interlocuteur principal de vos clients.

Concrètement, vous allez :

  • piloter vos mandats : comptabilité, TVA, bouclements, fiscalité PM et PP, salaires ;
  • organiser, déléguer et relire le travail de l'équipe ;
  • construire une relation de confiance durable avec vos clients ;
  • développer le conseil : reporting, budget, planification fiscale ;
  • contribuer à nos processus, nos outils et notre documentation interne ;
  • être moteur sur l'automatisation et l'IA.

Votre profil

  • Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité, d'agent fiduciaire, ou formation équivalente ;
  • Au moins 3 à 4 ans d'expérience en fiduciaire suisse ;
  • Bonnes connaissances en fiscalité suisse (PM, PP, TVA) ;
  • Anglais courant un atout ;
  • Un excellent relationnel et le goût du contact client ;
  • Pragmatique, orienté solution, avec un goût assumé pour les processus bien faits ;
  • Une vraie appétence pour les outils digitaux. La curiosité est indispensable ;
  • L'envie de s'investir, de prendre des initiatives et de progresser rapidement.
