Rejoignez une fiduciaire reconnue en Suisse romande Vous disposez d'une solide expérience en fiduciaire et souhaitez assumer une responsabilité complète dans la gestion, la supervision et le développement de mandats variés ? Pour le compte de notre client, une fiduciaire établie et reconnue en Suisse romande, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de mandats senior en fiduciaire capable d'accompagner une clientèle exigeante tout en garantissant la qualité des prestations et le suivi des dossiers

Description du poste

Vos missions Gestion de mandats • Gestion autonome d'un portefeuille de PME, d'entrepreneurs et de groupes de sociétés • Réalisation des bouclements annuels et intermédiaires • Établissement des décomptes TVA • Gestion des salaires et des assurances sociales • Préparation des reportings financiers et comptes consolidés • Garantie du respect des délais et des standards de qualité Fiscalité et conseil • Établissement des déclarations fiscales de personnes physiques et morales • Préparation des formulaires fiscaux et documents destinés aux autorités compétentes • Conseil fiscal et accompagnement des clients • Analyse des problématiques comptables, fiscales et organisationnelles Supervision et organisation • Contrôle de la qualité des dossiers • Coordination des travaux confiés aux collaborateurs • Accompagnement et développement des compétences des équipes • Soutien aux responsables de service et à la direction Relation clientèle • Interlocuteur privilégié des clients • Développement et fidélisation du portefeuille existant • Participation à l'élaboration d'offres et au développement de nouveaux mandats • Accompagnement durable des clients dans leurs besoins opérationnels et stratégiques

Profil recherché

Votre profil • Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité, brevet d'agent fiduciaire ou formation équivalente • Minimum 10 années d'expérience dans un environnement fiduciaire • Très bonnes connaissances en comptabilité, fiscalité, salaires et assurances sociales • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion autonome de mandats • Excellente orientation client et sens du service • Leadership, autonomie et rigueur • Capacité à superviser et à accompagner une équipe • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais • L'allemand constitue un atout • Nationalité suisse ou permis de travail valable
