Le groupe Hälg est un prestataire de services leader dans le domaine de la technique du bâtiment et de la gestion des installations. En tant qu'entreprise familiale suisse, nous sommes présents dans environ 30 sites en Suisse. Pour Hälg & Co. AG, une entreprise du groupe Hälg, nous recherchons à Saint-Gall un/e responsable de processus construction d'installations (module ABACUS AbaBau) 80 % - 100 %.

Votre défi ##

  • Participation active au sein de l'équipe Abacus (regard au-delà du cadre - tout au long du processus)
  • Recueil, analyse et définition des processus dans la construction d'installations
  • Mise en œuvre en tenant compte des solutions standard d'Abacus
  • Collaboration étroite avec notre consultant Abacus
  • Coordination/interface entre le consultant Abacus et le groupe d'experts (utilisateurs)
  • Communication active des jalons du processus
  • Rédaction de documentations de processus et de supports de formation ainsi que réalisation de formations pour les utilisateurs clés et finaux
  • Formation des utilisateurs dans le domaine AbaBau
  • Reprise des données de projet et création de nouveaux projets dans Abacus
  • Responsable AbaBau lors de l-introduction et du déploiement dans nos succursales
  • Support de premier et deuxième niveau pour les questions d-utilisation durant la phase de déploiement
  • Remplacement du responsable du module SVM (outil de service)

Votre profil ##

  • Bonne connaissance du secteur et des processus dans le domaine de la construction, idéalement dans le domaine CVC
  • Bonne connaissance en calcul et gestion de projet dans le secteur de la construction, idéalement dans le domaine CVC
  • Forte affinité informatique, avec la volonté de se former à Abacus
  • Volonté de soutenir ou former les utilisateurs des succursales également sur place (dans toute la Suisse)
  • Comprendre et résoudre les exigences/problèmes des utilisateurs liés aux processus
  • Travail autonome, structuré et orienté solutions
  • Bonnes manières et plaisir au contact avec des personnes de fonctions diverses
  • Capacité à communiquer oralement et par écrit en français
  • Esprit d-équipe, résistance au stress et travail précis
  • Grande compétence méthodologique et sociale
  • Écoute active et bonne capacité de communication
