--- base: / meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0 --- Responsable de production 100% (h/f/d) ====================================== Thommen\\-Furler AG est leader sur le marché suisse pour la distribution de commodités et spécialités chimiques, de lubrifiants et pour le recyclage des déchets spéciaux et industriels. \\L'entreprise se positionne pour une gestion sans souci mais pas insouciante des produits chimiques et des déchets spéciaux.\\ Nous recherchons pour notre entreprise d'élimination des déchets à La Chaux\\-de\\-Fonds un : Responsable de production 100% (h/f/d) ====================================== ### Vos missions: \* Direction du département de production, y compris la gestion du personnel \* Organisation logistique des entrées et sorties de marchandises. \* Gestion des commandes de matières premières et des pièces de rechange pour la production. \* Garantie du bon fonctionnement des opérations et supervision de la qualité. \* Direction des travaux d'exploitation et de maintenance des installations. \* Optimisation des processus et des méthodes de production. \* Mise en œuvre et contrôle de l'application de l'ordonnance MSST. \* Élaboration et communication de mesures visant à améliorer la sécurité du site. \* Préparation et présentation de projets (modifications ou nouvelles installations). \* Collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour garantir des standards de production optimaux. ### Vous possédez: \* Formation en chimie ou expérience significative dans le domaine du traitement des déchets spéciaux. \* Connaissances approfondies des normes environnementales et de sécurité. \* Expérience dans la gestion d'équipes et la conduite de projets. \* Approche structurée et orientée solutions, avec un fort sens des responsabilités. \* Flexibilité, engagement et disponibilité pour assurer un service de piquet dans un environnement dynamique.
