Votre mission

En tant qu-acteur-clé de notre manufacture, vous définissez l-organisation du secteur production et vous assurez que la confection de nos montres réponde aux critères de qualité irréprochable de la marque, dans le respect des coûts et des délais.

Vos tâches et responsabilités

  • Gestion et optimisation de la production basée sur la stratégie de l-entreprise
  • Pilotage et coordination des équipes de production
  • Maîtrise des opérations horlogères de prémontage, montage, contrôle des mouvements et emboîtage, avec une participation active à la production et à l-optimisation des processus
  • Collaboration active aux projets transversaux

Votre profil professionnel

  • Formation d-horloger complet avec une parfaite maîtrise de l-emboîtage
  • Solide expérience dans un poste et une structure similiaires dans le domaine du haut de gamme
  • Capacité à réaliser des mises au point, des prototypes et à participer aux processus de R&D
  • Personnalité engagée et entreprenante, force de proposition
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe dans un environnement en pleine évolution
  • Bonnes connaissances de l-environnement Office et de la philosophie ERP
