La Direction Energie électrique exploite les infrastructures de production hydrauliques et thermiques, développe des installations de production à partir dâénergies renouvelables et assure un approvisionnement en électricité aux meilleures conditions.

 

Mission :

  • Rattaché·e au responsable du département Exploitation hydraulique, vous pilotez des projets dâenvergure de développement dâaménagements hydroélectriques.
  • Vous dirigez les projets pluridisciplinaires de renouvellement de centrales, dâéquipements de production, dans les phases dâétude, de réalisation et de mise en service.
  • Vous établissez et optimisez leur planification en coordonnant les aspects économiques, réglementaires, sociaux et environnementaux.
  • Vous conduisez des équipes dâexperts internes et externes à lâentreprise.
  • Vous assurez lâatteinte des objectifs fixés en matière de qualité, de coûts et de délais

 

 

Profil :

  • Diplôme dâingénieur·e en mécanique ou en électricité
  • Minimum 7 ans dâexpérience dans l'exploitation ou de la construction d'équipements de production électrique
  • Connaissance approfondie du fonctionnement des aménagements hydroélectriques
  • Leadership reconnu, avec la capacité de fédérer des experts aux profils variés, de créer lâadhésion autour dâune vision commune et de faire avancer les projets dans un environnement complexe.
  • Expérience de la gestion de projets majeurs pluridisciplinaires dans le domaine de la production hydraulique ou de lâénergie électrique
  • Sens des responsabilités et du travail en équipe, esprit conceptuel, bon communicant et bonne capacité rédactionnelle.
  • Maîtrise du français ou de lâallemand, avec bonnes connaissances de lâautre langue et de lâanglais.
