Le Groupe Eldora est actif dans le domaine de la restauration de collectivités. Avec un chiffre d-affaires consolidé de plus de CHF 400 millions, c-est l-un des plus grands groupes de restauration en Suisse. Son siège, situé à Rolle (VD), regroupe l-ensemble des fonctions administratives et rassemble plus d-une centaine de collaborateurs.

Afin de compléter l-équipe de cuisine d-un établissement médico-social à Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d-un :

Responsable de restaurant / Chef(fe) de cuisine à 100%

Nous vous donnons l-opportunité de rejoindre le leader de la restauration collective en Suisse offrant des conditions de travail attractives à ses collaborateurs ainsi que des couvertures sociales avantageuses.

Votre rôle :

Vous occupez un poste à responsabilités offrant des tâches variées et l-opportunité de gérer un restaurant en toute autonomie en bénéficiant des outils et de l-encadrement d-un grand groupe.

Vous assurez la production de la cuisine chaude et froide pour les services du midi et du soir, ainsi que la distribution des repas. Vous concevez et planifiez des menus variés et équilibrés, ponctuellement vous animez des ateliers culinaires pour nos résidents. Lors d'événements au seins de l'établissement, vous veillez au bon déroulement du service.

Accompagné de nos diététiciennes, vous garantissez la qualité et la satisfaction des clients, dans le respect strict des règles d-hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

En tant que manager, vous supervisez l-équipe de cuisine, recrutez et formez le personnel, tout en assurant la gestion des budgets, des inventaires et des commandes.

Enfin, vous êtes responsable de l-organisation et du maintien de la propreté des locaux, des équipements et du matériels conformément au plan de nettoyage.

Votre profil :

* Vous justifiez d-une solide expérience en restauration traditionnelle et en gestion d-établissement, avec une bonne maîtrise des tendances culinaires actuelles. * Vous avez un véritable esprit d-équipe, une motivation constante et un goût prononcé pour les défis. * Créatif et ayant le sens de l-innovation vous proposez des prestations culinaires  gourmandes et originales pour dynamiser l-offre. * Proactif, rigoureux et avec excellentes capacités d-organisation. * Maîtrise du français exigée. * CFC de cuisinier ou titre jugé équivalent demandé.
