Responsable de secteur (h/f/d) Lieu de travail:Le Lignon Taux d-activité:80-100%, Home Office possible Date de début d-activité:01.12.2026 Département:Nettoyage Tes tâches \- Gestion et développement du portefeuille clients : suivi des clients attribués, maintien d-un contact régulier, accompagnement technique et optimisation des prestations. \- Pilotage de la qualité et des opérations : mise en œuvre des contrôles qualité sur les sites des clients, révision et amélioration des processus de travail, garantie du respect des standards opérationnels. \- Gestion des ressources et des équipements : évaluation des besoins, recommandation et achat de machines et équipements, supervision de l-entretien des véhicules, machines, matériels et consommables. \- Management et développement des équipes : recrutement des collaborateurs opérationnels dans le nettoyage de chantiers et travaux spéciaux, intégration, formation, accompagnement, leadership et affectation des ressources en fonction des besoins opérationnels. \- Administration du personnel : gestion des tâches administratives liées aux collaborateurs opérationnels et suivi des aspects RH courants. Ton profil \- Formation dans le domaine du Facility Services ou du Facility Management, complétée par une formation continue pertinente \- Solide expérience en gestion et encadrement d-équipes \- Plusieurs années d-expérience dans le secteur du nettoyage ou du Facility Management \- Orientation client et solutions, excellentes aptitudes de communication et sens aigu de l-organisation \- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en conservant une vision globale des activités \- Très bonne maîtrise de MS Office ; la connaissance d-Abacus est un avantage \- Casier judiciaire vierge et permis de conduire de catégorie B C'est ce que nous défendons et ce à quoi nous nous engageons - aujourd'hui et à l'avenir.
