Responsable secteur industrie 80\-100%

Ce que vous faites bouger Animé\-e par les valeurs du syndicalisme, vous dirigez et accompagnez une équipe de cinq personnes et contribuez activement à la direction régionale. Vous développez la présence syndicale dans les entreprises, recrutez de nouveaux membres et renforcez les réseaux militants. Vous pilotez des négociations ainsi que différents projets et campagnes. Vous accompagnez les conflits collectifs, veillez au respect des CCT et représentez Unia au sein des commissions paritaires ou auprès de commissions du personnel.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Formation supérieure ou formation jugée équivalente, idéalement complétée par une formation en management
  • Expérience dans le domaine syndical, dans la gestion d'équipe et de campagne
  • Très bonnes connaissance du tissus économique vaudois et bonnes connaissances du secteur industriel
  • Très bonnes capacités organisationnelles, de gestion des priorités, de communication et de management
  • Permis de conduire
  • Personnalité investie et rigoureuse avec un bon esprit d'initiative et une force de propositions
  • Excellentes connaissances du français et aisance rédactionnelle
