Ce qui t-attend

Dans cette fonction à responsabilités, tu assumes la responsabilité technique et opérationnelle de l-ensemble du service après-vente. Tes principales missions sont les suivantes :

  • Organisation, coordination et développement continu des activités du service après-vente
  • Gestion du personnel et encadrement technique des techniciens de service, ainsi que planification de leurs interventions
  • Coordination et priorisation des interventions en cas de panne, des réparations et des travaux de maintenance
  • Développement de la maintenance préventive de notre parc de machines
  • Analyse des pannes sur les grues de chantier et élaboration de solutions techniques adaptées
  • Garantie d-un suivi professionnel de la clientèle, de la demande initiale jusqu-à la réalisation complète de la commande
  • Établissement et suivi des offres liées aux prestations du service après-vente
  • Garantie du traitement administratif des commandes et de la facturation

Ce que tu apportes

  • Formation professionnelle technique achevée, complétée par une formation commerciale
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle ainsi qu-une expérience de conduite dans une fonction similaire sont indispensables
  • Personnalité responsable, organisée et orientée vers les solutions, dotée d-excellentes compétences en communication
  • Expérience dans un environnement technique, idéalement dans le domaine des grues, des machines de chantier ou des appareils de levage
  • Très bonnes connaissances du français, à l-oral comme à l-écrit, ainsi que de bonnes connaissances de l-allemand ; des connaissances de l-anglais constituent un atout
  • Bonnes connaissances informatiques, notamment de MS Office et de MS Dynamics 365
