Travailler au MOB, c'est : \* Rejoindre une entreprise ancrée dans sa région. \* Contribuer à un service public utile. \* Évoluer dans un environnement stable et structuré. \* Faire partie d'équipes où l'entraide et le respect sont réels. \> Ici, on vous prend comme vous êtes. \> Et on avance ensemble, dans la durée. #### Votre rôle \* Porter la responsabilité technique et financière de l'ensemble des mandats confiés à votre unité de projets Génie Ferroviaire. \* Assurer une gestion optimale des installations ferroviaires sous la responsabilité de votre unité, en minimisant les coûts sur le cycle de vie. \* Diriger des projets ou des projets partiels dans le domaine des installations ferroviaires. \* Diriger des équipes de projet, composées de collaborateurs internes et externes. \* Assumer la gestion des différentes parties prenantes, défendre les intérêts de l'entreprise en lien avec les projets sous la responsabilité de votre unité. #### Ce que nous vous offrons \* Un emploi valorisé et durable. \* Un cadre de travail ancré dans la région. \* Une entreprise à taille humaine. \* Une organisation structurée avec des repères clairs. \* Un environnement où la sécurité et la qualité priment. \* Des équipes solidaires et engagées. #### Le profil que nous recherchons \* Diplôme d'ingénieur(e) EPF ou HES dans une branche en relation avec le domaine ferroviaire (génie civil, électricité, mécanique). \* Au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine ferroviaire. \* Une formation CAS ou équivalente en technique ferroviaire, une formation en gestion de projet, une formation en économie d'entreprise constituent des atouts. \* Expérience dans la conduite de personnel ; doté/e de leadership, vous êtes capable de convaincre et de fédérer autour de vos propositions. \* Faculté d'analyse systémique et de résolution de problèmes complexes, talent de négociation. \* Bonne maîtrise de la langue française ; quelques connaissances (niveau A2\\) en Allemand seraient utiles.
