Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Responsable d Responsable de service prévoyance 100% (m / f) Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Responsable de service prévoyance en contrat permanent à 100% et basé(e) sur le canton de Vaud. Le Responsable aura la charge de prendre la tête du service de prévoyance professionnelle. Responsable de service prévoyance 100% (m / f) Notre client est une belle fondation de prévoyance professionnelle suisse. Missions Direction opérationnelle du service ; Assurer la conformité légale et réglementaire de l'ensemble des activités ; Assurer la qualité des prestations ; Point de contact privilégie du directeur des caisses de pension ; Gouvernance et relations institutionnelles ; Encadrer les équipes et instaurer une culture d'amélioration continue ; Coordonner les prestations de prévoyance avec les autres prestations sociales ; Participer à l'élaboration de la stratégie des institutions de prévoyance ; Piloter les projets en lien avec l'activité notamment informatique ; Assurer la coordination avec les prestataires externes ; Participer au développement de la communication aux assurés notamment via les nouveaux site web ; Reporting à la Direction ; Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien. Profil du candidat Formation en prévoyance ou en assurance ; Expérience similaire et significative sur un poste managérial en prévoyance et / ou en assurance en Suisse ; Bonnes capacités managériales ; A l'aise avec les outils informatiques et le changement ; Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ; Bonne maîtrise de la langue allemande à l'oral comme à l'écrit idéalement ; Maîtrise des langues portugaise, italienne, espagnole comme un atout ; Rigoureux(se), charismatique, esprit d'équipe \& organisé(e) ; Orienté(e) humain et bon communicant ; Discrétion et sens de la confidentialité ; Résidence suisse obligatoire.
