La satisfaction des assuré\-e\-s nous tient à coeur \- nous traitons les demandes d'indemnités de chômage de manière compétente, personnelle et efficace. Vous aimeriez vous engager pour une bonne cause, dans le champ social ? Alors, faisons connaissance.

Pour le Site de Lausanne/Vevey/Aigle de la Caisse de chômage Unia Zone Romandie, nous recherchons pour une date à convenir

U\-e responsable de site (80\-100%)

Ce que vous faites bouger

  • Direction des sites et conduite du personnel sous votre responsabilité
  • Supervision de la cadence du traitement qualitatif et quantitatif des dossiers
  • Evaluation régulière des prestations client et mise en oeuvre de mesures d'amélioration
  • Planification des besoins en personnel
  • Responsabilité du budget
  • Coordination et entretien des contacts réguliers ainsi que collaboration avec les diverses autorités et avec le syndicat Unia

Ce que vous apportez

* CFC d'employé\-e de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente, brevet ou formation supérieure (HES, Uni) un plus

* Formation dans le domaine du management et expérience confirmée de minimum 3 ans dans la conduite d'une grande équipe

* Intérêt marqué pour l'assurance chômage ainsi que pour les assurances sociales

* Parfaite maîtrise de la langue française, à l'aise avec les outils informatiques courants. La connaissance d'une deuxième langue nationale est un plus

* Disposer de très bonnes capacités d'écoute et de communication, d'une bonne maitrise émotionnelle

* Posséder une bonne résistance au stress et des capacités d'analyse et de synthèse éprouvées

* Goût pour le service au public et sensibilité sociale élevée en lien avec nos activités et nos valeurs

* Lieu principal du poste :

Lausanne \- Chauderon 5 avec déplacements réguliers sur les autres offices de paiement
