? Votre mission : garantir la réussite du montage de nos façades et ouvrages métalliques

 

?- Vos responsabilités

Pilotage opérationnel :

  • Déclencher la remise du dossier de pose avec le chef monteur et le chef de projet selon les différentes étapes.
  • Déclencher les différentes livraisons sur le chantier en collaboration avec le planificateur et la logistique.
  • S-assurer que le matériel soit prêt pour les équipes (J-5) et effectuer le contrôle du matériel partant sur les chantiers. 
  • Respecter et contrôler les différentes phases de montage afin d-assurer un déroulement du mandat optimal.
  • Veiller à ce que les travaux soient exécutés en concordance avec les normes et directives en vigueur dans la branche.
  • Participer aux séances de chantier en cas de besoin.
  • Planifier les réceptions d-ouvrages provisoires et finales.
  • Remettre le dossier complet au chef de projet, y. c. modifications, annotations et remarques.

Management des équipes :

Veiller au bon climat social et à la motivation des équipes.

 

Qualité, sécurité et performance :

Garantir le respect des délais, des procédures de sécurité et des normes de qualité.

Être moteur dans l-amélioration continue des pratiques sur le terrain (retours d-expérience, standardisation, méthodes).

Veiller à la bonne application des procédures PHSE sur les chantiers.

 

? Votre profil :

Expérience confirmée d-au moins 5 ans dans le montage de tous types d-éléments de construction métallique (façade vitrée, porte, serrurerie, escalier, vitrage, etc.)

Leadership naturel, sens de l-organisation et esprit d-équipe.

Maitrise du français (oral et écrit)
