Responsable des opérations – 100 % Construisez et développez notre nouvelle organisation de production Entreprise suisse active dans le développement et la fabrication de produits audio haut de gamme, nous recherchons un/e Responsable des opérations pour accompagner une nouvelle étape de notre développement industriel. Votre mission Votre première mission sera de mettre en place une nouvelle chaîne de montage destinée à la production de pièces miniaturisées. Vous serez responsable de son organisation, du développement des processus et méthodes de travail, jusqu'à son démarrage et sa montée en puissance. Vous prendrez ensuite la responsabilité opérationnelle de cette activité, avec un périmètre couvrant production, approvisionnements, stocks et logistique, en étroite collaboration avec la Responsable Achats & Transport et le Directeur technique & développement. À terme, vous aurez également pour mission de structurer, standardiser et optimiser les processus de deux chaînes de production afin d'améliorer leur efficacité, leur qualité et leur fiabilité. Vos principales responsabilités Mettre en place et développer la nouvelle chaîne de production Concevoir, documenter et améliorer les processus et méthodes de montage Organiser et piloter la production, les capacités et les priorités Superviser et accompagner l’équipe de production Coordonner les approvisionnements, stocks et flux logistiques Votre profil Nous recherchons une personne pragmatique, structurée et orientée terrain, qui aime construire, améliorer et faire avancer les choses. Vous disposez idéalement de : • Une formation supérieure technique dans la production, l'industrialisation, la mécanique, la microtechnique, la logistique ou un domaine équivalent • Une expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'activités de production ou d'opérations industrielles • Une expérience dans la mise en place et l'amélioration de processus de production • Une expérience confirmée dans la gestion opérationnelle de flux supply chain, incluant approvisionnements, stocks, production et logistique • Une expérience en management d'équipe • De solides capacités d'organisation, d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes • Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et idéalement d'un ERP • Langue : Français, anglais un atout • Nous vous offrons • Un poste à responsabilité et à fort impact au sein d'une PME suisse à taille humaine, dans un environnement où qualité, précision, savoir-faire et innovation sont au cœur du produit. • Vous aurez l'opportunité de construire une nouvelle organisation de production, de faire évoluer les processus existants et de contribuer directement au développement de l'entreprise. • Lieu : Vétroz, Valais • Taux d’activité : 100% • Entrée en fonction : à convenir
