TÂCHES PRINCIPALES ##

  • Piloter l'ensemble des unités de retraitement des dispositifs médicaux des deux sites
  • Implémenter et administrer un système qualité informatisé pour la stérilisation
  • Garantir la traçabilité complète et informatisée du cycle de retraitement
  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire et normative
  • Piloter la validation, la qualification et la maintenance des équipements
  • Gérer les indicateurs qualité et le reporting
  • Gérer le système de non-conformités, d'incidents et de rappels
  • Conduire et développer les équipes de stérilisation des deux sites
  • Assurer la formation et la montée en compétences
  • Gérer le parc instrumental, les flux inter-cliniques et le budget

PROFIL ##

  • Formation d'assistant technique en stérilisation niveau 2
  • Connaissances approfondies des normes ISO / EN / Swissmedic et lois en matière de stérilisation hospitalière
  • Dynamique, communicatif et doté de très bonnes qualités relationnelles, vous êtes un moteur pour votre équipe
  • Rigoureux, vous savez faire preuve d-un sens aigu des responsabilités
  • Capacité à mener des projets
