Description de l'emploi ##

Nous recherchons, pour la Direction -Gestion SI et relation métier- de la Direction Générale du Numérique et des Systèmes d-Information (DGNSI), un·e Responsable du Système d-Information métier Gestion Informatique Scolaire et du Système d-Information métier affaires culturelles. Si vous souhaitez contribuer à l-évolution des SI de l-Administration Cantonale Vaudoise, et que les domaines de la formation et des affaires culturelles vous intéressent particulièrement, alors rejoignez-nous !

Responsabilités ##

  • Sous la responsabilité du responsable de la relation métier (RM), définir la vision et la stratégie d-évolution du SI métier pour répondre aux enjeux stratégiques et opérationnels des services bénéficiaires et des institutions concernées.
  • Accompagner les services bénéficiaires dans leur veille métier ou technologique avec leurs partenaires : confédération, autres cantons, etc.
  • Planifier, initialiser et superviser les évolutions du SI métier.
  • Documenter le référentiel du SI métier (processus, fonctionnel, applicatif).
  • Participer à la direction du domaine « Gestion SI et relation métier ».

Qualifications ##

  • Expérience dans la gestion et la direction de projets informatiques.  Direction de plusieurs projets d-importance (ou complexes) dans un environnement similaire (administration publique ou grande entreprise).
  • Master dans le domaine des systèmes d-information ou titre équivalent.
  • Expérience dans l'urbanisation des systèmes d'information. Avoir réalisé des projets tels que la modélisation et l'optimisation de processus, ou l'élaboration de schémas directeurs de systèmes d'informations.
  • Une expérience, ou à défaut un fort intérêt, pour le domaine de l-enseignement et de la formation en Suisse, ainsi qu-une sensibilité pour le fonctionnement des institutions publiques ou parapubliques.
  • Des connaissances techniques et infrastructures sont un fort atout.
  • Résistance au stress, patience et pédagogie.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et précision dans le travail (documentation, suivi, reporting, planification).

Astreintes particulières :

  • Peut être amené(e) à travailler en dehors des horaires habituels de travail (nuit, samedi, dimanche ou jour férié) 
  • Domicile en Suisse
