Dans cette fonction dirigeante, vous supervisez et développez nos centres de contact donneurs et contribuez activement à leur accompagnement et leur fidélisation. Avec trois responsables d-équipe et une équipe engagée, vous garantissez un service professionnel et contribuez ainsi à assurer durablement l-approvisionnement en sang.

Responsable du département Centre de contact donneurs (m/f/x) 80%

Vos missions

  • Assumer la responsabilité globale des centres de contact donneurs à Berne et Sion, ainsi que de l-administration des donneurs à Berne
  • Diriger trois responsables d-équipe ainsi qu-une équipe engagée et contribuer au développement continu de l-organisation
  • Garantir un accueil et un accompagnement de qualité aux donneurs, contribuant ainsi à assurer durablement l-approvisionnement en sang
  • Accompagner la digitalisation du service et assurer un rôle clé dans l-implémentation et le développement des systèmes CRM
  • Favoriser une culture d-équipe valorisante et positive, en créant les conditions propices à l-excellence du service

Vos compétences

  • Titulaire d-une formation en gestion d-entreprise, avec une spécialisation en marketing et/ou en communication (université, HES ou ES)
  • Expérience confirmée en management et en conduite de projets
  • Grande capacité d-analyse, esprit structuré et fort sens de la qualité
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets numériques
  • Excellent sens du contact, de la communication et de la relation client
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers à Sion
