Former - Bouger - Accompagner. Avec son éventail de thèmes, le Département École et Sport est au cœur de la vie de la ville de Winterthour et au rythme de la société actuelle.

Le service du personnel s'occupe d'environ 4'000 employés administratifs ainsi que des enseignants communaux et cantonaux et est responsable du travail stratégique et opérationnel en ressources humaines.

Dans le cadre d'une succession et pour compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons dès le 1er novembre 2026 ou selon accord une personne RH flexible, expérimentée et ouverte, passionnée par le milieu scolaire et administratif ainsi que par les thématiques RH. Le poste est à durée déterminée jusqu'à fin décembre 2027, avec option de prolongation.

Vos tâches ##

  • Conseil et accompagnement de l'ensemble du cycle de vie RH pour votre domaine de responsabilité (dans l'école primaire ainsi que dans le milieu administratif)
  • Personne de contact et partenaire de réflexion pour les cadres et collaborateurs sur divers sujets RH, tels que le recrutement, le conseil RH, la planification du personnel
  • Accompagner et soutenir les processus de changement, le développement du personnel, des équipes et de l'organisation
  • Concevoir et développer des solutions RH efficaces et tournées vers l'avenir
  • Collaboration au sein de l'équipe RH ainsi qu'avec les services spécialisés internes et externes

Votre profil ##

  • Certificat fédéral de spécialiste RH ou études avec spécialisation RH, formation continue en gestion du personnel un atout
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction RH comparable (HR Business Partner, responsable RH de secteur), idéalement dans de grandes organisations
  • Intérêt pour le travail conceptuel et le développement de solutions ainsi qu'une maîtrise parfaite de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Joie du contact humain, attitude appréciative et focus sur une collaboration positive et respectueuse
  • Esprit d'équipe avec une bonne dose d'humour ainsi qu'une pensée pragmatique et connectée
