Le service des bâtiments et équipements publics gère et entretient l-ensemble du patrimoine administratif et financier de la ville du Grand-Saconnex, tels que les bâtiments communaux et leurs alentours, les diverses commodités, ainsi que les immeubles locatifs et commerciaux. La location et la gestion des salles communales sont également sous sa responsabilité.

Responsable du pool concierges à 100 %

La personne engagée se verra principalement confier les activités suivantes :

  • assurer la supervision des tâches relatives au nettoyage et à l-entretien courant des bâtiments ;
  • contrôler et suivre les installations techniques ;
  • en collaboration avec les responsables de site, contacter les entreprises, coordonner les travaux avec ces dernières et en assurer le suivi ;
  • gérer les tâches administratives relatives aux travaux d-entretiens ;
  • assurer des astreintes et des piquets réguliers (soirs et week-ends) ;
  • collaborer avec les autres services de la ville du Grand-Saconnex, les entreprises et mandataires externes, les partenaires, les associations et le département de l-instruction publique.

La personne qui postule doit remplir les conditions suivantes :

  • être en possession d-un CFC d-agent-e d-exploitation ou équivalent ;
  • être organisée et avoir le sens du travail, tout en étant orientée service ;
  • maîtriser la langue française ;
  • être à l-aise avec les outils informatiques (Microsoft Office) ;
  • avoir au minimum 10 années d-expérience comme responsable d-un groupe de concierges et avoir déjà assuré l-entretien de plusieurs établissements scolaires et de bâtiments publics ;
  • posséder le sens de l-organisation, de la rigueur, de la précision et la capacité à gérer plusieurs groupes de concierges en parallèle ;
  • être réactive, travailler de manière autonome, faire preuve de flexibilité et d-initiative ;
  • avoir de l-aisance à s-intégrer dans une équipe ;
  • être domiciliée officiellement dans le canton de Genève ;
  • avoir un casier judiciaire vierge.
