Le Secrétariat général de la BCV assure le soutien opérationnel et organisationnel de la Direction générale. Il facilite la coordination entre les différentes entités internes et la Direction, en garantissant une gestion rigoureuse, confidentielle et efficace de l-information et des décisions de la Direction générale.

A la suite de l-annonce de départ à la retraite de l-actuelle titulaire, nous recherchons une ou un :

Responsable du Secrétariat général de la BCV 

 

Vos missions principales

  • Assurer le pilotage et la coordination des séances hebdomadaires de la Direction générale : préparation des séances, organisation, rédaction des procès-verbaux, transmission des décisions, conservation des documents
  • Garantir une relation fluide et structurée entre la Direction générale et les départements de la Banque, ainsi qu-avec les filiales
  • Être le point d-entrée en interne de la FINMA, de l-Ombudsman et des organisations faîtières de la branche ; coordonner la relation professionnelle  
  • Superviser l-équipe du secrétariat de la Direction générale : ressources humaines, organisation, communication et sécurité des données notamment  
  • Assister le CEO dans des missions ponctuelles, assurer le suivi de dossiers spécifiques
  • Agir en tant que suppléante ou suppléant de la Secrétaire du Conseil d'administration, en son absence

 

Votre profil

  • Formation universitaire niveau Master, en Economie, Droit ou tout autre domaine en lien avec la fonction
  • Expérience professionnelle dans le secteur bancaire ou financier en Suisse, dans un rôle similaire et/ou en tant que Responsable de projets, Project management Officer (PMO) ou responsable administratif
  • Esprit analytique, grande rigueur administrative
  • Aisance relationnelle, diplomatie et discrétion
  • Maîtrise du français (parlé et écrit), excellentes compétences rédactionnelles
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais souhaitées, italien un atout
