The posting

Dans cette fonction centrale au sein de l’exploitation, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec Flavien Cordey et êtes son relais opérationnel sur le terrain. Vous participez à l’organisation quotidienne des activités agricoles, coordonnez les travaux et les équipes et contribuez activement au suivi et au développement des cultures.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES

Gestion des équipes et des travaux • Organiser et coordonner le travail agricole, les prestations pour tiers et les besoins en mécanisation • Assurer le suivi opérationnel des équipes et intervenir dans la gestion des problématiques du quotidien • Veiller à une utilisation efficiente des ressources et au bon déroulement des travaux

Gestion des cultures • Assurer le suivi des données et des activités par parcelle • Participer à la planification culturale et à la gestion des terrains • Organiser les différents travaux : traitements phytosanitaires, fumure, mécanisation et récoltes • Gérer les commandes de plants et anticiper les risques climatiques • Participer à la recherche et au développement de nouvelles cultures

Suivi et coordination • Participer à la préparation des contrôles Bio et SwissGAP et assurer le suivi des dossiers agricoles • Coordonner et transmettre les données culturales aux différents partenaires et organismes concernés • Participer aux échanges techniques avec les producteurs et les acteurs de la branche

Travaux mécanisés • Participer activement aux travaux mécanisés de l’exploitation : préparation des terrains, girobroyage et autres travaux agricoles • Réaliser des travaux pour tiers et participer au déneigement • Effectuer les autres travaux mécaniques nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’exploitation

VOTRE PROFIL • Formation dans le domaine agricole ou expérience professionnelle jugée équivalente • Expérience confirmée dans le secteur agricole, idéalement avec des responsabilités d'organisation ou de coordination • Très bonnes connaissances des cultures et des travaux agricoles • Excellente aisance avec les machines agricoles • Capacité à organiser, coordonner et accompagner une équipe sur le terrain • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et le suivi des données • Bonnes capacités d’anticipation et de prise de décisions • Personnalité autonome, polyvalente, pragmatique et orientée solution • Flexibilité et disponibilité en fonction des périodes d'activité agricole
