Responsable du secteur contributions et facturation à 80-100%

Afin d-accompagner l-évolution du Service des finances, cette nouvelle fonction associe conduite d-équipe et activités métier.

Vos missions principales :

  • Piloter et organiser les activités du secteur et assurer la conduite de l-équipe.
  • Coordonner et réaliser, avec l-équipe, les processus de facturation, la gestion des débiteurs, les encaissements et le recouvrement.
  • Superviser les tâches communales liées aux contributions et au cadastre et participer à leur réalisation selon les besoins et la répartition des tâches.
  • Garantir la qualité des données, la fiabilité des opérations et les contrôles relevant du secteur.
  • Prendre en charge les dossiers complexes et assurer les relations avec les partenaires concernés.
  • Participer à l-évolution des processus et à l-introduction de nouveaux outils de gestion.

Votre profil :

  • Formation supérieure en économie d-entreprise, finance et comptabilité, administration publique ou gestion (HES/ES, brevet fédéral ou formation jugée équivalente).
  • Expérience significative en gestion financière et solides connaissances dans les domaines de la facturation, de la gestion des débiteurs et du recouvrement.
  • Expérience dans une administration publique ou dans la conduite d-équipe souhaitée.
  • Leadership de proximité, capacité à conjuguer conduite d-équipe, expertise métier et activité opérationnelle.
  • Sens de l-organisation et des responsabilités, rigueur, fiabilité et bonne gestion des priorités.
  • Aisance dans la communication, esprit de collaboration et sens du service public.
