About Our Client ##

Notre client est un service public cantonal actif dans le domaine de l'aide sociale, chargé d'accompagner des populations en situation de vulnérabilité. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec un réseau d'institutions et de partenaires pour assurer un accompagnement global et coordonné.

Job Description ##

En tant que Responsable d'équipe, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :Management et pilotage d'équipe :

  • Encadrer une équipe d'environ 7 à 8 collaborateurs (assistant·e·s sociaux·ales et personnel administratif).
  • Organiser le travail quotidien, répartir les dossiers et assurer le bon fonctionnement du service.
  • Suivre les performances individuelles et collectives (entretiens annuels, objectifs, feedbacks).
  • Gérer les absences, le temps de travail et la planification de l'équipe.
  • Participer aux recrutements et à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
  • Prévenir et gérer les conflits, tout en maintenant un climat de travail collaboratif.

Supervision et qualité des prestations:

  • Garantir la cohérence des pratiques professionnelles au sein du service.
  • Veiller au respect du cadre légal (aide sociale, subsidiarité, normes en vigueur).
  • Superviser les dossiers complexes et accompagner les collaborateurs dans leur traitement.
  • Valider les décisions clés (allocations, budgets, processus d'aide).
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs et la production de statistiques (OFS, AIS, etc.).
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et pratiques du service.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les différents services internes et partenaires externes.
  • Collaborer avec les institutions et organismes du réseau social.

Activité opérationnelle :

  • Gérer un portefeuille limité de dossiers (environ 10%).
  • Accompagner les bénéficiaires, en particulier les réfugiés, dans leur intégration.
  • Superviser les démarches administratives et le suivi financier des situations.
  • Coordonner les interventions avec les acteurs impliqués dans la prise en charge.

The Successful Applicant ##

En tant que Responsbale d'équipe vous avez le profil suivant :

  • Formation Bachelor en travail social (ou équivalent) avec formation complémentaire en management.
  • Expérience de 2 à 5 ans en aide sociale et en gestion d'équipe.
  • Compétences en leadership, prise de décision et gestion de situations complexes.
  • Bonne connaissance des législations sociales et du domaine migration/intégration.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et coordination d'acteurs multiples.
  • Autonomie, résistance au stress, empathie et sens de l'organisation.
  • Maîtrise du français, avec bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais.
