Entreprise spécialisée dans les installations techniques du bâtiment, notre client connaît actuellement une forte dynamique de développement sur l'Arc lémanique, portée notamment par l'acquisition de projets de grande envergure.

Dans ce contexte de croissance, l'entreprise souhaite renforcer son organisation et recherche un Responsable Études & Chiffrage CVC afin de structurer et accompagner le développement de son bureau d'études.

Vos responsabilités

  • Piloter les études CVC, de l'analyse du dossier jusqu'à la remise de l'offre et au transfert aux équipes travaux.
  • Définir les solutions techniques, réaliser ou contrôler les dimensionnements et garantir la cohérence des études.
  • Superviser les métrés, chiffrages et consultations fournisseurs.
  • Rechercher les optimisations techniques et économiques sur les projets.
  • Coordonner les échanges techniques avec les clients, architectes, bureaux d'études et équipes internes.
  • Encadrer et accompagner l'équipe du bureau d'études.
  • Participer à la préparation de projets CVC de forte envergure sur l'Arc lémanique.

Votre profil

  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du CVC, dont une première expérience significative en Suisse.
  • Solide maîtrise des installations chauffage, hydraulique, PAC, ventilation, climatisation et régulation.
  • Expérience confirmée en études, dimensionnement et chiffrage de projets CVC.
  • Capacité à piloter des études sur des projets d'envergure et à être un véritable référent technique.
  • Expérience en coordination ou en management d'équipe.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à prendre des décisions techniques.
