Engagée dans une politique immobilière durable et responsable, elle veille à entretenir et valoriser son parc tout en conciliant qualité architecturale, performance énergétique et respect des exigences sociales et environnementales. CAP Prévoyance offre par ailleurs un environnement de travail flexible, humain et stimulant, avec de réelles opportunités de développement. Dans le contexte du renforcement de son service immobilier, elle nous a mandatés pour la recherche de son ou sa futur·e Responsable \\- Gestion de Portefeuille (100%) --------------------------------------------- ### Un nouveau rôle pour piloter la performance d'un portefeuille immobilier institutionnel avec une vision investisseur ### Vos responsabilités Rattaché·e directement au Directeur immobilier, dont vous assurez la suppléance formelle, vous structurez et pilotez la vision investisseur du portefeuille de CAP Prévoyance. Vous produisez les analyses risque/rendement par actif, définissez les trajectoires d'investissement et formulez les recommandations d'arbitrage stratégique (conserver, rénover, vendre) à destination des instances de gouvernance. Vous coordonnez les pôles Gestion Technique \\\& Locative, Projets \\\& Patrimoine, et assurez la cohérence entre les données opérationnelles des régies et les décisions stratégiques. Vous pilotez le reporting financier consolidé, supervisez les postes d'Analyste Controlling et Juriste et êtes à même de présenter devant les instances de gouvernance. Vous donnez à CAP Prévoyance les outils d'un pilotage immobilier professionnel à la hauteur de son patrimoine. ### Votre profil Titulaire d'un Bachelor ou Master dans le domaine immobilier, finance, économie ou gestion immobilière (une formation complémentaire en asset management immobilier sera appréciée), vous justifiez de 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en finance immobilière, asset management ou gestion de portefeuille institutionnel, idéalement acquise auprès d'un fonds immobilier, d'une fondation de placement ou d'un acteur institutionnel. Vous maîtrisez la modélisation financière (DCF, TRI, VAN), les outils de reporting et les indicateurs de performance d'un portefeuille immobilier institutionnel. Maîtrisant la présentation devant des instances de gouvernance, vous combinez pensée systémique, leadership transversal et capacité à traduire l'analyse en recommandations claires et actionnables.
