* Élaborer la planification des services, le tableau ou l'affiche de convocation militaire, etc. * Garantir une utilisation optimale des infrastructures du commandement des Opérations (cdmt Op) ; planifier, vérifier et évaluer l'occupation des biens immobiliers * Soutenir l'élaboration des directives portant sur la disponibilité à l'échelon de l'armée et coordonner leur mise en œuvre au sein du cdmt Op ; effectuer des contrôles de faisabilité dans le domaine de la disponibilité * Tenir à jour l'image de la situation des infrastructures dans son propre domaine et en garantir la livraison dans les délais * Rédiger des prises de position ; traiter les questions des milieux militaires et civils relatives à l'infrastructure et à la planification des services au sein du cdmt Op

****Ce qui vous rend unique****

* Formation commerciale ou diplôme d'une haute école technique et expérience professionnelle de deux ou trois ans dans une fonction similaire * Expérience dans la gestion de projets et/ou la collaboration à des projets * Très bonnes connaissances en informatique ainsi que de la suite MS Office * Sens marqué de l'organisation et de la négociation ; très bonnes capacités de rédaction ; méthode de travail autonome, sens des responsabilités et du service * Instruction d'oficier supérieur ou de commandant de compagnie, bonne connaissance d'une deuxième langue officielle

La planification et la conduite de la planification des prestations de service (PPS) de l'armée sont indispensables pour que le commandement des Opérations puisse mener à pied toutes les opérations et tous les engagements de l'armée. Le commandement des Opérations (cdmt Op) est responsable de toutes les opérations et de tous les engagements militaires de l'Armée suisse. Le cdmt Op comprend notamment les Forces aériennes, les Forces terrestres, les quatre divisions territoriales, le Centre de compétences SWISSINT, le commandement des Forces spéciales ainsi que la Police militaire. Environ 40 % des quelque 2500 collaborateurs/trices sont employés dans le civil, des ingénieur/e/s aux analystes en passant par les mécanicien/ne/s sur aéronefs.

L'Armée suisse emploie plus de 9000 collaborateurs/trices dans quatre professions militaires et environ 200 professions civiles, et ce, sur 110 sites dans toute la Suisse. Elle assure également la relève en formant des apprenti/e/s dans plus de 30 métiers.
