RESPONSABLE INFRASTRUCTURE & SECURITY OFFICER (H/F)

Mission :

Vous serez responsable de la sécurité, de l-évolution et du maintien en conditions opérationnelles de l-infrastructure informatique de l-entreprise. Par ailleurs, vous assurerez l-administration des systèmes, réseaux, solutions de sauvegarde et outils de sécurité, tout en participant activement aux projets d-évolution de notre environnement IT et au support des utilisateurs.

Vos responsabilités :

Administration & maintenance infrastructure

  • Assurer l-administration, la maintenance et l-évolution des infrastructures serveurs, virtualisation (VMware/Proxmox) et services Active Directory.
  • Gérer les équipements réseau, la synchronisation Microsoft Entra Cloud Sync ainsi que la supervision et le monitoring des systèmes.
  • Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité de l-infrastructure tout en maintenant une documentation technique à jour.

Administration & maintenance Backup

  • Assurer l-administration, l-optimisation et le suivi de la solution de sauvegarde Veeam Backup & Replication.
  • Garantir la protection des données en appliquant les stratégies de sauvegarde, de rétention et en réalisant des tests réguliers de restauration.
  • Contribuer au PRA/PCA et maintenir une documentation complète et à jour des procédures de sauvegarde et de reprise.

Sécurité

  • Assurer l-administration et l-exploitation des solutions de sécurité, des accès et des infrastructures associées (PKI, MFA, VPN, firewalls et contrôle d-accès réseau).
  • Garantir la protection des systèmes et des données en réalisant des analyses de vulnérabilités, en gérant les incidents de sécurité et en appliquant les mesures de remédiation.
  • Contribuer à l-amélioration continue de la cybersécurité par la veille technologique, l-optimisation des solutions en place et le maintien d-un niveau de sécurité élevé.

Projets IT

  • Participer activement à des projets IT
  • Collaborer avec les partenaires et fournisseurs externes
  • Effectuer une veille technologique et proposer des améliorations

Support & gestion des incidents

  • Gérer et traiter les tickets au quotidien.
  • Suivre et documenter les incidents dans l-outil ITSM.
  • Assurer le support utilisateurs (niveaux 2 et 3) et résoudre les incidents.

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en informatique (ES, HES, Bachelor ou équivalent) ; une formation complémentaire en cybersécurité est un atout
  • Minimum 5 ans d-expérience dans un poste similaire, avec une expérience confirmée dans l-administration d-infrastructures Microsoft et virtualisées
  • Maîtrise des environnements Windows Server, Active Directory/GPO, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, VMware et Proxmox
  • Expérience avec Veeam Backup & Replication, les firewalls Palo Alto/Panorama et les solutions PKI/NAC (ClearPass ou équivalent)
  • Bonne maîtrise des réseaux TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, switching et routage
  • Français et anglais niveau B2 minimum
  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens du service et esprit d-équipe
