Job Description ##

Rattaché à la Direction et membre du comité de direction, le Responsable IT est en charge de définir, piloter et déployer la stratégie informatique et digitale de l'organisation.

  • Définir et exécuter la feuille de route IT en cohérence avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'organisation.
  • Piloter les projets de transformation digitale et accompagner la conduite du changement.
  • Assurer la gouvernance du système d'information et le suivi du budget IT.
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance liés aux services IT et aux projets de transformation.
  • Garantir la sécurité informatique, la continuité des activités et la conformité réglementaire.
  • Encadrer les ressources informatiques internes et coordonner les prestataires externes.
  • Superviser les infrastructures, les applications métiers et les services cloud.
  • Optimiser l'utilisation de Microsoft 365 et développer les outils collaboratifs.
  • Piloter l'analyse des besoins, la sélection et le déploiement d'une solution ERP.
  • Promouvoir les usages liés à l'intelligence artificielle et identifier de nouvelles opportunités d'innovation.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'adoption des nouveaux outils et bonnes pratiques numériques.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Formation supérieure en informatique, systèmes d'information, ingénierie ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'environnements IT et le pilotage de projets de transformation digitale.
  • Expérience réussie en management d'équipes et de prestataires externes.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'écosystème Microsoft 365 et des environnements de travail modernes.
  • Expérience dans la sélection et le déploiement d'ERP ou de solutions de gestion intégrées.
  • Bonnes connaissances des infrastructures IT, des réseaux, du cloud et de la cybersécurité.
  • Compréhension des enjeux liés à l'intelligence artificielle et à l'innovation numérique.
  • Capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs métiers et à traduire les besoins opérationnels en solutions technologiques.
  • Leadership, esprit de collaboration et forte orientation résultats.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et aptitude à accompagner le changement.
  • Français courant et bon niveau d'anglais professionnel.
