Description du poste

En tant que Responsable Laboratoire vous reporterez au Head of Quality.

Votre mission principale sera de piloter et organiser l-ensemble des activités du Laboratoire Horloger afin de contribuer à la qualité, à la fiabilité et à la performance des produits.

Dans ce cadre-là, vous serez en charge de : 

  • Gérer les activités de qualification des nouveaux produits
  • Garantir l-adéquation entre la charge, les capacités, les moyens d-essais et les compétences disponibles en veillant à la polyvalence de chacun
  • Apporter un soutien technique et analytique aux départements et autres secteurs d-activités de l-entreprise, en participant activement aux séances internes et aux démarches d-amélioration continue
  • Récolter et analyser les problématiques produit clients et internes
  • Proposer des solutions adaptées et contribuer à la sécurisation des futurs développements
  • Participer à la définition et à l-évolution des critères produit afin de répondre aux exigences qualité du Groupe, notamment en participant à la recherche et au développement de nouveaux appareils de mesures et d-outillages spécifiques

Qualifications

  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un titre d-Ingénieur·e HES (ingénierie / microtechniques / horlogerie) ou d-une formation jugée équivalente
  • Vous justifiez d-une expérience d-au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire, dans le domaine horloger.
  • Doté·e d-un esprit fédérateur, vous faites preuve de leadership et appréciez les échanges transverses
  • Dynamique, vous êtes force de proposition, faites preuve d'organisation et possédez un esprit analytique développé
