Job Description ##

Responsabilités principales du Responsable Ligne Production :

  • Garantir l'atteinte des objectifs en matière de sécurité, qualité, coûts et délais.
  • Définir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI) afin d'assurer le pilotage efficace de l'activité.
  • Mettre en œuvre les plans d'action nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance industrielle.
  • Participer activement aux phases de préséries, d'industrialisation et de lancement de nouveaux produits.
  • Assurer la disponibilité des ressources nécessaires : équipements, effectifs, compétences et capacités de production.
  • Piloter les investissements industriels et le déploiement de nouveaux équipements sur votre périmètre.Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Qualité, Méthodes, Industrialisation et Supply Chain.
  • Contribuer activement aux projets de transformation digitale et d'industrie 4.0.
  • Encadrer et développer une équipe d'environ 80 collaborateurs au travers d'une ligne managériale intermédiaire.
  • Accompagner la montée en compétences des équipes et promouvoir une culture d'excellence opérationnelle.
  • Participer aux recrutements et à l'évolution des talents de votre département.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Profil du Responsable Ligne Production :
  • Formation supérieure technique ou diplôme d'Ingénieur,
  • Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage d'équipes de production en environnement industriel exigeant.
  • Parcours apprécié dans l'automobile, l'aéronautique, l'usinage de précision ou chez un équipementier industriel.
  • Solide culture de l'amélioration continue, de la qualité et de la performance opérationnelle.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques, les indicateurs de performance et l'analyse de données.
  • Leadership, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et aptitude à fédérer des équipes importantes.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les nouvelles technologies et l'industrie 4.0.
  • Anglais professionnel apprécié.
