Responsable Logistique (H/F) #

Rattaché(e) à la direction des opérations, vous assurez la gestion et la coordination des activités logistiques de l'entreprise.

Vos missions ##

Rattaché(e) à la direction des opérations, vous assurez la gestion et la coordination des activités logistiques de l'entreprise.

À ce titre, vos principales missions sont :

  • Manager les équipes des services Approvisionnement et Expédition.
  • Animer, coordonner et développer les collaborateurs afin de garantir leur montée en compétences.
  • Piloter l'organisation du département et optimiser les flux logistiques en lien avec les différents services de l'entreprise.
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et mettre en œuvre les plans d'actions associés.
  • Superviser et coordonner les inventaires.
  • Garantir le respect des délais de livraison et un haut niveau de satisfaction client.
  • Conduire des projets d'amélioration continue visant à renforcer l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Assurer la conformité des processus logistiques avec les exigences réglementaires en vigueur.

Votre profil ##

  • Formation supérieure en logistique, supply chain ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée sur le territoire Suisse dans une fonction similaire avec management d'équipes.
  • Solide maîtrise de la gestion des flux logistiques et des stocks.
  • Très bonne connaissance de SAP ; une expérience en tant que Key User constitue un réel atout.
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel.
  • Esprit analytique et capacité à identifier des solutions pragmatiques et efficaces.
  • Sens prononcé de l'amélioration continue et de l'optimisation des processus.
  • Leadership naturel, aisance relationnelle et excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique nécessitant réactivité, autonomie et gestion des priorités.
