Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un :

- Responsable logistique - ORPC JNV (h/f)

Entrée en fonction le 01.12.2026 Poste à 100% - CDI

La protection civile contribue à la protection de la population et au soutien des partenaires en cas de catastrophe ou de situation d’urgence. Au sein de l’ORPC JNV, vous pilotez le domaine logistique tout en participant concrètement à l’entretien du matériel, des véhicules et au soutien des formations, exercices et engagements.

Vos tâches : - Organiser, planifier et coordonner le domaine logistique et les personnes qui y sont affectées. - Effectuer l’entretien, les contrôles et les réparations courantes du matériel et des équipements, puis assurer leur préparation et leur remise en état. - Préparer et distribuer le matériel ; veiller au bon état des véhicules, aux inventaires et au réapprovisionnement des stocks. - Planifier les besoins et participer sur le terrain au soutien des cours, exercices et engagements. - Préparer les offres, acquisitions et commandes, suivre les réparations et le budget logistique. - Encadrer les miliciens, dispenser l’instruction logistique et participer au service de piquet.

Profil souhaité : - Formation professionnelle en logistique, dans un domaine technique ou expérience jugée équivalente. - Expérience pratique en entretien, maintenance ou logistique ; une expérience en conduite d’équipe, planification ou gestion de projets constitue un atout. - Connaissances en gestion de matériel, de véhicules, de stocks et d’approvisionnements. - Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et aptitude à transmettre ses connaissances. - Formation de cadre logistique PCi ou disposition à suivre les formations nécessaires.

Vos compétences : - Esprit pratique, autonomie, fiabilité et sens des priorités. - Capacité à identifier les problèmes et à proposer des solutions concrètes. - Goût du travail en équipe et facilité à collaborer avec les miliciens et les partenaires.

Conditions particulières : - Être de nationalité Suisse / UE / AELE ou permis C. - Disponibilité pour le service de piquet et des engagements ponctuels hors horaires habituels. - Être domicilié(e) au maximum à 45 minutes du lieu de travail (Orbe). - Permis B requis ; catégories C1 ou D1 et autorisations pour engins constituent un atout.
