Nous produisons des feuillards métalliques de précision sur mesure dans une large gamme d'alliages pour des clients dans le monde entier, actifs dans les secteurs exigeants comme la haute horlogerie, la connectique de pointe, l'automobile, l'aéronautique ou la mécanique de précision.

Responsable Maintenance

Vos tâches : ###

  • Vous gérez notre département de maintenance ainsi des projets complexes interdisciplinaires et avec des prestataires externes.
  • Vous devez avec votre équipe assurer la disponibilité des machines, maîtriser les coûts, les délais ainsi que vous assurez de la réalisation technique et de la performance.
  • Nous attendons aussi de la personne recherchée qu'elle puisse suggérer et apporter des modifications techniques visant à améliorer les procédés en termes de coûts et de productivité en collaboration avec les différents services (production, méthode, etc.)

Votre profil : ###

  • Ingénieur ayant des bonnes connaissances en électricité et mécanique, automatisme, hydraulique et régulation.
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets de maintenance et d'investissement ainsi qu'un sens développé du contact, une expérience dans l'industrie de la transformation des métaux est souhaitée.
  • De bonnes connaissances d'allemand et d'anglais sont nécessaires.
  • Dynamique et communicatif, avec le sens du service
  • Proactivité, fiabilité
  • Méthode de travail autonome et structurée
