Pour notre client, un acteur majeur dans son domaine d'activité et basé en Valais central, nous recherchons son futur: ? RESPONSABLE MAINTENANCE INDUSTRIELLE à 100% (H/F) - FIXE En tant que Responsable Maintenance, vous pilotez l-ensemble des activités de maintenance d-un site industriel afin de garantir la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la performance des équipements, tout en veillant au respect des exigences de sécurité, qualité et coûts. Principales responsabilités : ? Manager et développer une équipe de techniciens de maintenance. -- Organiser et superviser la maintenance préventive, corrective et prédictive des installations. ? Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) : taux de disponibilité, coûts de maintenance, etc. ?- Garantir la continuité et la fiabilité des équipements de production. ? Analyser les pannes et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives et d-amélioration afin de réduire les arrêts et récurrences. ? Élaborer et optimiser les plans de maintenance et le planning des interventions. ? Piloter le budget maintenance, les investissements et la gestion des pièces de rechange. ? Gérer les prestataires et sous-traitants, de la consultation au suivi des interventions. ? Participer aux projets industriels : installation de nouveaux équipements, modifications de lignes, amélioration des process et mise en service. ? Veiller au respect des normes HSE, qualité et réglementaires. ? Déployer une démarche d-amélioration continue et contribuer à la digitalisation de la maintenance (GMAO, suivi des données, maintenance conditionnelle). ? Objectif : transformer la maintenance d-un rôle essentiellement réactif en un véritable levier de performance industrielle, en améliorant la disponibilité des équipements, la sécurité des collaborateurs et la maîtrise des coûts.

Votre profil

Profil recherché : - Leadership, capacité d-analyse, esprit d-équipe et orientation résultats. - Solide culture technique en mécanique, électricité, automatisme et/ou électromécanique, avec une expérience confirmée dans un environnement industriel exigeant.
